I came to Australia in 2000 first and stayed about 6 years with Student visa and Business visa. At that time, I went back to Japan without applying for Permanent Resident visa. After that, I began to think to immigrate to Australia, and came back to Australia attending a pastry course toward Permanent Residency. But after graduation I could no longer apply for Permanent Resident visa, as the immigration law changed during the two-year school.

For the time being I obtained Graduated visa and I was employed by the current restaurant, then I was sponsored for Business Visa. And I was able to acquire Permanent Residency visa after two years without any problem.
