The Australian Government required having an accreditation for consultation and assistance for visa application. The agent which is approved by the government must have registration number (Migration Agent Registered Number: MARN), and has an obligation to state this number. This accreditation is not given to the company or the organization, but to the individual. The registered migration agent must strictly observance the Code of Conduct of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
